Can I cancel the order after the purchase? And what should I do?

For any cancellations on orders, please email us at caspian@kdqtrlqxtft.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancellation after 24 hours will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

30-day risk-free return and exchange

Within 30 days after you sign for the package, you can contact us for a risk-free return or exchange. We do not accept any return or exchange requests if your package is delivered within 30 days.

What does my return shipping cost? Will you pay for the return shipping cost?

If the consumer causes the return, they should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific shipping cost should be based on the express company you choose.

If Kdqtrlqxtft causes the return, the products received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to consumers for the return of a product.

It has been more than 30 days since the items were delivered and require a return or exchange.
